Association «Room of Fulfilled Dreams» is a small organization, which started its work and activities in 2009. It was established by former volunteers who have been living abroad and who have gained experience in youth work trough participating in and coordinating various local and international non-formal education and social projects taking place in different European countries outside Latvia.
